WhatsApp ordering
Your customers already message you to order. This turns those messages into carts that land in your store, with the stock and prices you actually set. Here is how it works, and where it stops.
Included on every plan · message limits vary by plan · Meta bills you for messages separately
A real thread on the left, your panel on the right, both driven by the same clock. The customer asks, pays, and the order is invoiced, packed and handed to a carrier - with the tracking going back into the same chat.

Five steps. The fourth one is where most platforms are vague, so it is spelled out.
Quickmerce pushes your products and variants into the catalogue attached to your WhatsApp Business Account. Price and stock changes you make in Quickmerce sync across. If you already have a catalogue on Meta, you can import it the other way instead of rebuilding it.
They open your catalogue from the chat window, tap through products, and add what they want to a cart. This is Meta's native catalogue interface, not a bot conversation, so there is no menu tree to navigate and nothing to type.
When the customer sends their cart, Quickmerce reads it, matches every line back to the right product variant in your store, and creates a real cart against your shop. Wrong or delisted items are not silently dropped, they come back as a mismatch you can see.
Quickmerce replies in the same thread with a link that opens their cart already filled in. They add a delivery address and pay there. This is the step to be clear-eyed about: the order is created at checkout, not inside WhatsApp.
Conversations land in the WhatsApp section of your dashboard with the full message history per customer. From the order side it behaves like any other order, because it is one.
Everything with a tick is working today. Everything with a dash is not, and we would rather you knew now than at go-live.
Connecting your number runs through Meta's onboarding inside Quickmerce, so you are not copying tokens between tabs. What Quickmerce cannot do is make Meta go faster. Budget for this before you promise customers a date.
Once a number is on the Business API it stops working in the normal WhatsApp app. If it is the number on your shop board and your personal phone, decide that now rather than on the day.
Meta wants a Business account and documents matching your legal entity. Mismatches between your registered name and what you trade as are the usual reason this bounces.
The name customers see is reviewed separately and can be rejected on its own. Keeping it close to your registered business name causes the least trouble.
Any message you send outside a customer-initiated conversation has to be a template Meta approved in advance. You create and submit those in Meta. Quickmerce sends them once they are live, and on Twilio you can see your approved list in the dashboard.
Meta charges for messages by category, separately from your Quickmerce subscription. If you connect through a provider, they bill you and take a margin. None of this flows through Quickmerce.
Start verification early. It is the one part of going live that no platform, including this one, can shorten for you.
Quickmerce connects to WhatsApp three ways. The ordering behaviour is the same on all three, so choose on billing and support.
Direct with Meta
You deal with Meta and nobody else. Cheapest per message because there is no reseller in between, and Quickmerce connects to it directly. The trade-off is that when something is stuck in review, Meta support is who you have.
Indian BSP
An Indian business solution provider, so billing is in rupees and support is in your timezone. Useful if you want somebody to walk you through verification rather than reading Meta documentation.
Global BSP
Worth it if you already use Twilio for anything else and want one bill. Priced in dollars. This is also the only route where Quickmerce can show you your approved templates inside the dashboard.
Your Quickmerce plan sets how many WhatsApp messages you can send each month, from 500 on the free Launch plan up to unlimited on Plus. The pricing page lists the limit on each. If you are weighing this against Shopify, where WhatsApp ordering means buying an app, the Shopify comparison breaks down what each side includes.
No. They build the cart in WhatsApp and get a link back that opens the same cart on your store, where they enter a delivery address and pay. We would rather say this plainly than have you find out after you have told customers otherwise. The reason is that address and payment need to happen somewhere that handles COD, UPI and card flows properly, and that is checkout.
You need the API. The free app cannot connect to an external system, so orders cannot flow into your store automatically. The API also means the number stops working in the regular WhatsApp app on your phone, which catches people out. Use a number you are willing to dedicate to this.
It is Meta's process and Meta's timeline, not ours. You will need a Meta Business account, business documents for the legal entity, and a display name that survives review. Plan for it to take days rather than minutes, and start it before you need it live.
Meta charges for messages separately from your Quickmerce plan, and the rate depends on the message category and the country. If you go through a provider like AiSensy or Twilio, they bill you and add their own margin. Quickmerce does not mark this up, because it never touches our bill.
The mismatch is surfaced rather than silently ignored, so you can see that a line did not resolve instead of shipping the wrong thing. This usually means the catalogue sync has drifted, most often because an item was deleted on one side only.
Yes. You can import an existing catalogue from your WhatsApp Business Account into Quickmerce instead of rebuilding it product by product. After that, Quickmerce is the source of truth and pushes changes out.
Set up your store first, connect WhatsApp when Meta clears you. Launch is free forever, so nothing is ticking while you wait on verification.
